Show your support for Habonim Dror by setting up a Giving Tuesday fundraiser on your Facebook page. Its quick, easy and will encourage your friends to support the important work of Habonim Dror. For those unfamiliar, Giving Tuesday is a global day of charitable giving fueled in a large part by social media. THis year Facebook will match up to $100,000 per non-profit.
Step 1 Sign into Facebook and go to your HOME page.
Step 2 On the left, click on Fundraisers (click show more if its not there)
Step 3 Select the button to raise money for a nonprofit.
Step 4 Type Habonim Dror Foundation under Select Nonprofit and choose Habonim Dror Foundation.
Step 5 Follow the prompts for creating your fundraiser.
Give your fundraiser a name and be sure to add a description of why Habonim Dror deserves support. You can set the amount you would like to raise as well as the end date and n image. BE SURE TO END AFTER DECEMBER 3 - Giving Tuesday.
If you have an image from your own Habonim Dror experience such as machaneh or MB - you . can use that. You can also use one of the images below - click on them and select save image as in your browser.
All of l the money you raise through Facebook will be sent to the Habonim Dror Foundation - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax=deductible forUS residents.
